Ready-Made Products For non-customized items, you have 14 days from delivery to return the product if you change your mind. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs to Italy. We recommend using tracked shipping. We cannot offer refunds for items lost in return transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom-Made & Personalized Products Items made to your specifications (custom colors, sizes, personalization, or design choices) cannot be returned once production begins. You have 14 days from ordering to cancel before we start making your item.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at [your email] with photos. We'll provide a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.

Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item in acceptable condition. We may deduct up to 15% for items returned in diminished condition due to handling beyond what's necessary to inspect the product.
